For all shipments in Italy, variable rates will be applied depending on the weight up to a maximum of 

15 kg :

For all shipments to Europe, the cost depending on the weight up to a maximum of 15 kg :

Shipments will be made with Standard Shipping method.

For shipments with Insured Shipping method , 

 the insurance costs will be borne by the recipient through specific request.

TERMS OF DISPATCH

The customer is required to examine the goods received accurately at the time of delivery and to communicate in detail to Creativa by Margherita Ferrara, any defects found - or found - upon the outcome of such examination, or to make any other complaint in relation to the products. In the event that the customer does not make the above communication, the products will be considered definitively accepted and comply with what is required in the order.

It is understood that the customer must refuse the delivery by the carrier of packaging with damaged packaging and must, in this regard, inform immediately of what happened; otherwise, the goods delivered shall be deemed to have been accepted in full in the state in which they are at that time.

For orders requiring an invoice, indicate it in the notes at the time of purchase, vice versa the store will note the amount in the register of fees. 

The receipt may be accompanied or sent by e-mail or postal mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to art 14 D.P.R. 445/2000.
For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issue of the same.
Delivery costs are defined by the store, subject to any shipping charges, explicitly highlighted at the time of the order or during the definition of the delivery methods by the store.
The payment of the goods by the customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of the order.

It is always the responsibility of the ordering User, to track the order until delivery and contact the Site in case of anomalies with transit.

In case of failure to receive the traceability, the ordering user is required to request it . 
 

At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage or failure to match the number of packages must be immediately challenged to the delivery person.
Once the courier document has been signed, the customer will not be able to object to the external characteristics of the delivered goods.

In the event of failure to collect within 5 working days the material present in stock at the warehouses of the post office or couriers due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the delivery indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the package will be sent back to our headquarters. The order will be automatically cancelled but the user will be required to pay the shipping costs incurred for sending and returning the package.
